When will my order be shipped?

Orders will be dispatched on Monday and Wednesday.

 

Do you accept returns?

Yes, you must apply for a return within 14 days of delivery and all tags must still be on.

 

Can I exchange my item?

Yes, if you are unhappy with the fit or just feel like it doesn't suit you, you can exchange for something else!

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, I ship to all countries, please see the shipping policy for prices.

 

Do you work with film costume departments?

I have regular buyers from costume departments. I can also work to get specific styles in so please contact cerys@ccerys.com with your request.
